About Film Music, Feelings, and Remembering

I have been passionate about film scores and film music since I can remember. I would watch movies and think: What would this movie be like without the music?
A film score sets the tone and mood for your film. Film music evokes feelings from anticipation and suspense to joy, sadness, or fear in those watching.
They say that people do not always remember what you say, but they always remember how you make them feel. If that is true, then film music must be extremely important. Without it the viewer walks away from a story, not an experience. Without music to evoke feelings viewers, I think, may soon forget the film.
